Customer Service Representative needed for E-Commerce Support at Costco Corporate

In this role, you would field telephone calls and member facing chats to provide information, research online issues, provide assistance with website navigation, problem-solve with each caller, and advocate for our client’s members in a friendly and efficient manner.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and text-based, real-time chats
  • Investigate customer issues and provide appropriate solutions, including answering general product or website navigation questions
  • Research complex online order tracking and logistics surrounding delivery
  • Take initiative to provide compromises and out of the box solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Operate as the liaison between customers, vendors, buyers, and operations staff
  • Multitask in computer programs simultaneously - using multiple screens - while on the phone or responding to chats

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability and willingness to pass a drug test
  • Ability and willingness to pass a criminal background check
  • Previous customer services experience required
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, and experience with professional email correspondence
  • Advanced and demonstrable data entry skills
