More than 30 million people per month use our people search engine to get in touch with extended friends and family, research backgrounds and verify that people are who they say. Their identity verification is also used by leading companies including Jet Blue, Lego, and Intuit to prevent fraudulent transactions while delivering great online experiences. 

As the Recruiting Coordinator you will join a small recruiting team responsible for helping us find, attract and hire amazing people! This role will give you the opportunity to grow with a fast-paced environment and make impact across the organization.

We believe in providing an exceptional candidate experience across the board and are focused on hiring the highest level of talent. This position will report directly to the Recruiting Lead and contribute to the success of our client’s hiring plan.  




  • Coordinate and schedule phone screens, onsite interviews and other appointments relevant to the recruiting process
  • Keep applicant tracking system (Jobvite) up-to-date with notes related to scheduling
  • Post positions on external job boards, track lengths of postings and work with recruiters on extending, pulling down or updating postings
  • Manage recruiting agency communication through phone, emails, and Jobvite
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, or other tools
  • Participate in special projects within HR / Recruiting and other areas of the Company as needed




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of agency or in-house recruiting experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Previous success prioritizing and managing multiple competing tasks
  • Proven flexibility in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Proven ability to self-motivate, remain positive, upbeat and productive in high stress / high volume situations
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology organization requiring good judgment, strong analytical skills, and customer focus
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system or CRM
