Senior Practice Manager needed for fertility practice in downtown Seattle 


Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of the office. The Senior Practice Manager wears many hats and oversees patient experience, revenue lifecycle management, insurance billing, financial counseling, and office management. A successful candidate will have accounting experience and be service-oriented and a team player.

Direct Hire 



  • Broad financial responsibilities include managing financial coordination, account billing, collection, and resolution of entire revenue cycle 

  • Manage the office and develop monthly practice analysis 

  • Establish a system for collection and delinquent accounts and recommend credit and collection policies 

  • Monitor data requirements and develop metrics and benchmarks for billing and accounts receivable  

  • Address all patient concerns related to front office or revenue cycle management issues, proactively resolve patient questions 

  • Work to train staff and define and implement procedures of front-end processes such as data collection, point of service client collections, and insurance verification 

  • Conducts regular staff meetings to provide information to and solicit feedback from staff 



  • Five years experience in healthcare administration and accounts recievable management 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 

  • Strong accounting credentials or experience 

  • Comprehensive knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding 

  • Proficient in use of billing software and electronic medical records
