Our client is looking for a Recruiter with 3-4 years of recruiting experience and a high level of customer service and experience building strong relationships with clients. A successful candidate will be adaptable, great phone etiquette, understand sourcing, and have experience using a CRM.
Manage recruitment of complex positions such as advance practice nursing, physician assistant, all levels of physicians, allied staff, leadership or hard-to-fill requisitions
Negotiates and extends offers in cooperation with provider compensation and regional executives.
Possess advance knowledge of the candidate market across the spectrum of assigned positions and throughout the system in order to best advise Hiring Managers and leadership teams in hiring decisions
Source and recruit physicians and advanced practitioners in support of all clients, including cold/warm calling prospects and candidates
Serve as a talent business consultant to help develop and facilitate internal and external relationships with key functional experts and all level of executive leadership and across departments to build, accelerate, and sustain leadership capability and plan for business outcomes.
Develop and maintain thorough understanding of positions, including required candidate qualifications, competencies, compensation and motivations. Periodically visit customers’ locations, tour facilities, and achieve a working vocabulary of departmental characteristics. May include gaining an in depth knowledge of technical aspects of positions recruited for, including equipment and methods utilized, and how they compare to competitors’.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
3 – 4 years of recruiting experience, healthcare recruiting a plus
Participation in a recruitment professional organization preferred
Ability to think strategically and pro-actively to develop strategies that will solve or mitigate problems before they occur
Excellent negotiation and public relations skills, including navigating highly confidential, sensitive, and political conversations and/or contracts
Knowledge of fraud, abuse and inurement laws, including Stark regulations is preferred
