The Benefit Services Representative is responsible for telephone communication with plan participants in our inbound call center regarding a variety of employee benefits. The Benefit Service Representative works closely with the Defined Benefit pension administration team to educate plan participants on benefit options.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, with the ability to deliver exemplary service in a team-oriented call center environment.


  • Make at minimum 80 outbound calls per day to plan participants.
  • Serve as a conduit to guide and direct employees to the correct resources.
  • Process incoming paperwork for plan participants.
  • Keep client and participant data secure and confidential.


  • 2+ years of Client services experience, call center required
  • Benefits or Medical experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to work overtime
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, especially Word and Excel
