Customer Service Specialist needed for a non-profit in Seattle

As the Customer Service Specialist you will connect individuals seeking dental care with a provider that accepts (Apple Health) Medicaid.   • Clear knowledge of product offerings, company policies and practices.
  • Analyze problems and provide information/solutions to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations while thoroughly documenting inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Ability to analyze data for accuracy and enter into CRM system
  • Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Stay apprised of and maintain proficiency on all policies, guidelines and system functionalities.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions in a positive, professional and open-minded manner.
  • Perform research on unclear items through use of available resources and provide options and solutions if applicable.
  • Escalate concerns in a professional manner, following proper channels.




  • Highs school Diploma GED or equivalent required
  • 2+ years’ customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to meet deadlines and finish projects in a timely manner
