Position Overview:

 

Our client is seeking a bright, highly capable and motivated Project Coordinator to support the Offices Management Team, Project Managers and Associates. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a mix of administrative support and project work, who values working for a mission-driven organization, and is interested in gaining exposure to our client’s core business.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Schedule meetings, conferences and training
  • Maintain departmental and project accounting data in PPM Tool (Eclipse)
  • Communication - compose organization-wide messages, newsletters, memos, reports and meeting minutes
  • Triage and respond to requests for information
  • Make updates in SharePoint

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Equivalent is experience leading single department projects from onset to completion)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years progressively complex administrative coordination experience
  • Proficiency with common office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Visio and PowerPoint, etc.) and expert-level proficiency with Outlook and scheduling
  • Ability to work well and communicate with all levels of an organization
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain focused and effective in a constantly changing environment
