Recruiter needed for clinical facility in Seattle, WA

Contract length: approx 4 months


The Recruiter will conduct a variety of recruitment activities in support of the clinic's strategic goals and objectives. Conduct outreach activities to assure supply of qualified clinical candidates. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and partner with client hiring managers, and coordinate and schedule interviews. Make salary recommendations and support hiring managers in extending and negotiating job offers.


  • Source candidates:  may include advertising, community outreach, job fairs, relationships with schools, employee referrals, etc.
  • Write employment ads, select web resources for job postings and monitor effectiveness of postings.
  • Review applications. Must be familiar with job requirements and hiring manager expectations and be able to immediately determine skill sets and potential match within the clinic and refer candidates to hiring managers for consideration.
  • Conduct screening interviews, reference checking all applicants as requested, and schedule onsite interviews. 
  • Establish and maintain systems for responding to applicants, tracking candidates, and following up with offer or declination letters.
  • Assist and maintain processes to on-board new employees. 


  • Minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting, with emphasis  in the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management, or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Exceptional interviewing skills; excellent judgment and decision making.
  • Demonstrated superior interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Software applications experience (HRIS, ATS, MS Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements (federal, state and local).
