Full Time Patient Services Representative needed for Cancer Treatment Organization


Pay: $19.50 - $21.50/hour


Location: South Lake Union area of Downtown Seattle


Contract Length: 2 – 3 month

  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and caregivers when they are arriving in a department
  • Greet and screen patients arriving for appointments and check them in using an automated scheduling system
  • Assemble and distribute appropriate paperwork to patients, families, caregivers and clinical staff
  • Triage questions and concerns from callers and forward to appropriate staff or department as needed



  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six months to one year experience in customer service environment required
  • Two years previous ambulatory health care setting and medical terminology experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, complex healthcare environment
  • Effectively organize and manage time and tasks independently
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) in a clear and concise manner
  • Prior experience utilizing an automated scheduling system
