Parker is hiring Customer Service Representative to assist consumers with a variety of calls related to their Nintendo products. We are especially interested in video game enthusiasts with strong customer service skills.

Start date: February 20th 2019

Pay Rate: $15.00/Hour

Location: Redmond, WA This is not a remote job, it is at Nintendo Corp. Headquarters.


What would make me an ideal candidate?

We’re looking for someone who harbors a love for Nintendo products, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude! A commitment to customer service and learning new technical skills are also key to being successful here, as you will be adapting to new responsibilities and skills over the duration of your assignment.



  • Providing outstanding technical assistance to consumers through live troubleshooting
  • Answering consumer questions regarding the online features of their Nintendo game systems.
  • Gathering and documenting consumer feedback

Working hours:

The department is open from 6:00am to 7:00pm, seven days a week. Although you’ll never have to work from 6:00am to 7:00pm, you may have to open or close and as schedules may change weekly you will need to be available to work during these hours.


  • Pass a pre-employment drug test, including marijuana
  • Pass a Criminal background check
  • Knowledge of Nintendo products
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Great data entry skills.
