We are looking for outgoing, customer centric candidates who can maintain a genuinely positive attitude when troubleshooting various inquiries regarding the services our client offers. As a direct partner to Avis cars & Budget trucks our client offers a vast variety of automobile rental options for travelers on vacation,  business trips, or even locals planning a quick weekend getaway. 

As the Front desk Agent, you will be responsible for all front facing customer interactions via phone and in person. Although you will not drive any vehicles onsite while under contract, a clean driving record is required since this is a contract to hire opportunity with a high possibility of converting to full time.




  • Provide general customer service via phone and in person
  • Use Wizard software (DOS System) and memorize commands to check out cars & trucks
  • Create reservations, make any adjustments upon request
  • Offer up-sell rental products with every transaction (once fully trained you will earn a 3% commission on every add-on sold
  • Periodically make cold calls to potential customers




  • Clean driving record required
  • 5-panel drug test is mandatory
  • Must be available on weekends upon request (Sat 7am – 4pm Sun 7am – 12pm)
  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to learn Wizard software commands in DOS via onsite training
  • Business Casual dress code
