Our client is looking for an experienced Office Manager to manage general office support. This is a client facing role, so a successful Office Manager must conduct themselves professionally and maintain a positive, cheerful demeanor. It is important for the Office Manager to have the ability to handle multiple projects at once, be proactive and a great problem solver, and communicate clearly and effectively.  




  • Manage office with a team of 16 

  • Provide support to staff Book Keeper with Excel  

  • Schedule meetings with clients when needed 

  • Other administrative duties as requested 




  • 1-2 years of experience as an office manager 

  • Advanced excel skills 

  • Highly organized with excellent multi-tasking ability 

  • Experience using Advantage software a plus
