As the Customer Care Specialist, you will also be responsible for providing a friendly face for a family-owned company. This position will include a lot of phone calls, as well as supportive administrative tasks around the office.

 

Admin Responsibilities:
 

  • Answer Phones and Field Calls
  • Process, Archive, and Send Out paperwork for Invoicing
  • Data Entry
  • Monitor Outlook Email
  • Provide Limited Support to Salespeople
