Recruiter needed for passionate medical organization

 

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00/hour

 

Location: Downtown Seattle

 

Contract Length: 3 – 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies and actions to attract and evaluate candidates
  • Deliver pre-qualified candidates to client for interview
  • Acquire knowledge of client business challenges, team culture, required skills and accomplishment profiles to create candidate networks and pipelines for long-term hires
  • Build and manage effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR and vendors

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years related experience is required for this position, preferably recruiting physicians and advanced clinical practitioners
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing and maintaining collaborative, customer-oriented relationships with client managers, HR colleagues, community organizations and schools required
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, database technology, and applicant tracking systems required
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of recruiting practices and law
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize a high volume work load
