  • High volume call center 200+ calls per day, screening to prequalify leads (3-5 min conversations)
  • Collaborate with business partners and colleagues in a fast-paced team environment
  • Deepen consumer relationships by providing extraordinary and efficient quality
  • Provide feedback to improve overall customer happiness
  • Administrative support in a customer facing position




  • 2 years of customer service experience required (i.e. retail, call center, hospitality, sales)
  • Flexible schedule is required
  • Proficient use of web-based products, MS Office and SalesForce preferred
  • Ability to work early or late shifts and weekends plus holidays (40 hours a week)
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and set daily goals
  • Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
  • Someone who can work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment in a very dynamic company.
  • Strong communication skills through email, phone, text and personal interaction.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry a plus
